Long-Term Impact

MIGreenPower is part of DTE's CleanVision for Michigan. The work we do now to create a carbon neutral future will benefit our businesses, families and generations to come.

MIGreenPower subscribers have enrolled 1.8 million megawatt hours of clean energy in the program, which has the environmental benefit equal to taking 277,400 passenger cars off the road for one year.

All wind farms and solar parks are located here in Michigan — providing hundreds of jobs for Michiganders and contributing to local economies.

What Our Customers Are Saying

Our Commitment to a Cleaner Michigan

Since 2009, DTE has driven investment of $3 billion in renewable energy infrastructure and will invest an additional $2 billion in wind and solar assets through 2023.

Our plan is to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Explore our Save Money & Energy Business section for offers and tips on reducing your overall energy consumption, arranged by category and business type. DTE Marketplace also provides incentives and rebates on energy-saving products.

In 2019, DTE launched Charging Forward, a program designed to raise awareness of the benefits of owning/driving an electric vehicle. We offer significant rebates to customers who install EV charging stations.
